Thank you for considering our brand ambassador program at Pasteur Pharmacy! We are committed to offering the finest products for our valued customers. As we may not personally know all our ambassadors, we have established some terms to ensure that everyone's expectations are clear.
Throughout this document, when we mention "Company," "we," "our," or "us," we are referring to Pasteur Pharmacy.
The term "Services" encompasses any product created and maintained by Pasteur Pharmacy.
Please be aware that these terms may be updated at any time in the future, and we will inform you of any changes via email.
Before accepting our brand ambassador position, kindly read this document in its entirety.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to become a Pasteur Pharmacy ambassador, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- Be in good standing with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
- Own active social media accounts.
Engagement:
As a brand ambassador for Pasteur Pharmacy, you commit to the following:
- Creating, posting, and sharing content that promotes Pasteur Pharmacy's services.
- Promoting your unique promo code to boost sales for Pasteur Pharmacy.
- Collaborating with other ambassadors when required.
- Occasionally attending events, if requested by Pasteur Pharmacy.
Restrictions:
As a brand ambassador, you agree not to:
- Make any guarantees, representations, or warranties on behalf of Pasteur Pharmacy, other than those provided in the marketing material.
- Spam or promote Pasteur Pharmacy in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
- Promote Pasteur Pharmacy in any sexually explicit, violent, political, discriminatory, unlawful, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content - subject to the sole direction of Pasteur Pharmacy.
- Use Pasteur Pharmacy's brand, image, or likeness on your website to create customer confusion.
- Run any paid advertising with your promotional codes.
- Engage in any fraudulent activity that would artificially affect any social media metrics, such as likes, follows, shares, and views.
- Create multiple ambassador accounts or use more than one promo code.
- Misrepresent or modify the price of Pasteur Pharmacy's services.
- Pasteur Pharmacy reserves the right to request removal or modification of any ambassador content at its sole discretion.
Disclosure:
As an ambassador, you must disclose the material connection between yourself and Pasteur Pharmacy. Using text such as "#sponsored" or "#ad" is an acceptable way to disclose this relationship, following all guidelines by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Compensation:
As an ambassador, you will receive 5% of every sale generated through your promo code via Pasteur Gift Card. Please note that this percentage is subject to change by Pasteur Pharmacy at any time. Additionally, you are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to your compensation.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Ambassador Content:
You grant Pasteur Pharmacy a worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use the content you create as an ambassador to promote Pasteur Pharmacy's services in any manner, in whole or in part, indefinitely. This includes but is not limited to social media, advertising, publications, marketing materials, or any other form of media.
Company Content:
Pasteur Pharmacy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use our name, logo, slogans, promo codes, likeness, and other advertising materials solely for the purpose of this ambassador agreement. Pasteur Pharmacy retains all rights to their content.
Termination:
Pasteur Pharmacy may terminate the relationship with you at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. Similarly, you may terminate the relationship with Pasteur Pharmacy by providing a written notice of 30 days.
Non-Compete:
While acting as an ambassador for Pasteur Pharmacy, you may not promote or advertise competing products.
Liability Limitations:
You explicitly agree and understand that Pasteur Pharmacy shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the ambassador program.
