Can I change and/or cancel an order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, changes or modifications to your order are not possible after it has been placed.
We encourage you to double check your order before submitting it to ensure that it meets your needs.
You have a right to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled free of charge. If you wish to cancel the order, you must let Us immediately by telephone +1 212 683 3838 , email help@pasteurpharmacy.us, or contact form through our Help Center.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been fulfilled, you will be responsible for retuning Shipping Costs. Please see the “Returns & Warranties” section of the Help Center.
