Our primary courier for shipping is USPS and UPS, and transit times usually take up to 11 business days. If you require faster delivery, we have a "FedEx 2 Days" and " USPS Priority Mail" option available at checkout. Please be aware that "FedEx 2 Days" refers to business days, and if your order is placed before 12 pm Eastern Time, it will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Kindly note that free shipping is not applicable to Rx Prescriptions.
For orders using USPS First Class, USPS Parcel and UPS Ground, we provide free shipping on order over $35 with an estimated arrival time of 5-11 business days within the contiguous United States from the date of shipment.
To expedite your shipping process, you have the option to select USPS Priority Mail for an additional charge based on your location. For orders within the contiguous United States with an estimated arrival time of 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. With USPS Priority Mail, you can enjoy faster delivery.
If all items in your order are available, orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends and holidays will be shipped within 2 business days. We provide tracking information so you can monitor your package until it's delivered.
Once USPS or UPS confirms that a package has been scanned as "delivered," Pasteur Pharmacy holds no responsibility nor control over lost or stolen packages. If you encounter a lost or stolen package after it is delivered, you must report it and open a case with USPS.
Upon shipping your order, we will send you a confirmation along with tracking details. In case your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in multiple packages, and you will receive additional shipment confirmations as they are on their way.
For FedEx 2nd Day Delivery, this service is offered through FedEx at a flat rate of $14, with a guaranteed arrival of 2 business days within the continental United States from the date of shipment. If all items are available, orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day, while orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends and holidays will be shipped within 2 business days.
Deliveries for FedEx 2nd Day are made between 8 AM and 8 PM Monday to Friday. Please ensure you provide a valid residence or business address for successful delivery, as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Also, note that this shipping option is not available in US territories.
As with USPS shipments, we will send you a confirmation and tracking details when your order is shipped, and additional ship confirmations will be provided for multiple-item orders.
