In Store Returns & Exchanges Policy

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may either exchange or return your product, based on the following options:
  2. Exchange and return period: With a receipt, a full refund in the original form of payment will be issued for unused or unopened merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Within 30 days, accompanied by a receipt, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
  3. All Sale/Clearance items are final sales, no returns can or will be made. 
  4. Non-Returnable Items: We are sorry but Board of Health Regulations do not allow us to take returns on Hairbrushes, Combs, Manicure Implements, Bathroom & Hygienic Aids, Any Worn Items, Hair Dryers, Professional Hair Care Products, Hair Dyes.
  5. Refunds or exchanges do not apply to blade sampler packs, Razors and Shaving Brushes.
